Collection of Personal Information
When you visit the FUSION Performance Marketing website, we collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.
If you have a valid account, we maintain the following types of information about you:
- Contact information - your name, address, phone, email, Participant ID and other similar information.
Before permitting you to use our Service, we may require you to provide additional information we can use to verify your identity or address or manage risk, such as the password provided at the time of account set-up or other information.
When you are using our Service, we collect information about your account transactions and we may collect information about your computer or other access device for fraud prevention purposes.
Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, we may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team or store results when you respond to a survey.
Information Storage and Disposal
Hardcopy Storage/Disposal
Hardcopy information that is deemed confidential shall be stored in an area secured by lock and out of plain view. Access to that information shall be limited to parties deemed appropriate by the Administrative Office “owning” the information.
Hardcopy information that is deemed confidential may be destroyed in accordance with applicable state and federal document retention laws. Confidential documents must be shredded prior to disposal. Third parties may be contracted to dispose of documents,
but an agent of FUSION Performance Marketing must witness the destruction of all documents.
Digital Storage/Disposal
Digital information deemed confidential and “owned” by the University may not be stored on client machines, media, drives, or disks. Digital information noted above may be stored on approved FUSION Performance Marketing resources and secured using a controlled
authentication mechanism. Each user provided access to those resources shall be given a unique account and all access attempts shall be logged. The FUSION Performance resource storing confidential information shall be regularly scanned for vulnerabilities,
patched, and backed-up. Information stores will be segregated based on need.
Digital information may only be destroyed by the Division of Information Technology (IT) using a secure wipe program or hardware device. Applications that remove data to a degree meeting or surpassing DoD standards are required if a hardware DoD wipe device
is not used. All surplus computers shall be cleaned using an approved mechanism. CD’s, DVD, tapes, disk, etc. shall be destroyed prior to disposal. CD’s and DVD’s containing confidential information shall be shredded or broken in multiple pieces. USB keys
and memory sticks shall be crushed prior to disposal.
Use of Cookies
When you access our website, we, or companies we hire to track how our website is used, may place small data files called "cookies" on your computer.
We send a "session cookie" to your computer when you log in to your account. This type of cookie helps us to recognize you if you visit multiple pages on our site during the same session, so that we don’t need to ask you for your password on each page. Once

Restricting FUSION Performance Marketing From Using Personal Information
